Our notion of quality in beer is very different from that of the great beer industries of the world, which work every day on a core product that, by adding water, additives, color dyes and preservatives, results in a range of products. These factories are increasingly closer to making the so-called synthetic beer and disregard the great variety of traditional and sacred ingredients of the industry.

In addition, we do not use preservatives or antioxidants to stabilize our beers, or color dyes to give them the desired color shade, as it is a healthy product and its organoleptic properties are not altered.

Such quality is easily appreciated by our consumers and only finds similarities in products made by prestigious breweries that share our philosophy.
