Our beer is produced with 100% natural ingredients, i.e.: malt, hop, yeast and water. Each recipe has a blend of various malts and hop plants, according to the styles’ tradition, creating a harmony of exclusive flavors and aromas.
The ingredients used include hop plants harvested in areas where the crop produces the best qualities in the world, such as Germany, England and the Czech Republic. We pick out special malts from the prestigious Weyermann House, a brewery located in the area of Bamberg, Germany, which has been manufacturing products with the highest quality for over 125 years, supplying the most prestigious breweries of the world with the best barleys and the most meticulous process. It’s these special malts and the most exquisite and aromatic hop plants of the world which, blended together, that give the bouquet, character, personality and look to our beers.
